Comment on: personal grant to pay bills

Last year i got very behind in all my bills, now this year im trying to get out of debt and stay out but there is so much of it that when i was trying to pay pay it off i got in more debt from loans and credit cards! I m very young and  im trying to have a good life but the debt sits ver heavily on my shoulders! i pay all my bills but they still some how remain behind. please help me if you can.
